CALIDAD Y EXCELENCIA
Estamos orgullosos de ser la explotación que más premios ha obtenido, de entre todas las queserías artesanales adscritas a la Denominación de Origen Mahón-Menorca, otorgados por el Consell Insular de Menorca. En los últimos 20 años, Cavalleria Nova ha logrado 12 premios que avalan la excelente calidad de nuestros productos y metodología de producción.
